Welcome from the Headmistress

When my eldest son came to Loyola at the age of three, I was immediately impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Subsequently my two other sons joined their brother. All three thoroughly enjoyed their time at Loyola (including myself as a parent) and left well prepared for secondary education.

Loyola is a Catholic School for boys aged three to eleven in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, which welcomes all boys from other denominations who will share in the religious ethos of the school.  We teach and support our pupils to become responsible citizens in a multicultural world and an asset to any community.

Congratulations to the 14 boys who applied and were offered places at St Edmund's College for Year 7 in September 2019. This includes 1 academic scholarship, 1 music scholarship and 1 music exhibition.  We're proud of you!
